This service is only applicable to the purchase and use of caseplay smartphone cases and screen protectors. If you only purchase a caseplay smartphone case or screen protector, this service is not applicable.
This service is only applicable when used with compatible devices. If you use it with a device that is not compatible, this service is not applicable. (For example, if you use an iPhone 12 case on an iPhone 13)
Guarantee Service Details

365-day guarantee
The 365-day guarantee period begins on the date the product is shipped after purchase of the smartphone case and screen protector. If you order the smartphone case and screen protector separately, this service will only be applied if you place your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email for your first order.

Screen Breakage Warranty
If your device's screen breaks while using a caseplay smartphone case and screen protector, we will cover the repair costs. The amount of the warranty will be the cost of returning the device to its original state, and the maximum amount you can receive will vary depending on the device.
*This service does not cover any warranty claims other than for screen breakage.

Compensation Terms and Conditions of “caseplay care”
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this document is to set forth the terms and conditions under which FOX. INC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will provide compensation based on “caseplay care.”
Article 2 (Applicable Persons and Devices)
1.This Terms and Conditions shall be applied to those who satisfy any of the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicable Persons”):
- Those who order the Applicable Case (*1) and the LCD protective glass at the same time.
- Those who order the LCD protective glass within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email (*2) for the Applicable Case (*1).
- Those who order the Applicable Case (*1) within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email (*2) for the LCD protective glass.
2.This Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the devices which satisfy all of the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicable Devices”):
- Devices used by the Applicable Persons with the Applicable Case and the LCD protective glass
- Devices that match the Applicable Case and the LCD protective glass in size
Article 3 (Compensation Term)
This Terms and Conditions shall apply for 365 days from the date of shipment of the Applicable Case (*1).
Article 4 (Service Registration)
- Registration shall be automatically done only if the Applicable Persons agree to the Terms of Services of caseplay when placing an order on the caseplay website.
- No fees or costs shall be charged associated with this registration.
- If false information is contained in the registration, this Terms and Conditions shall not be applied.
- You shall immediately notify our customer service of any changes in your registration details (address, e-mail address, etc.).
- This Terms and Conditions shall not be applied to gifted or resold items.
Article 5 (Service)
- In the event that the screen glass of the device is damaged due to unforeseen and unexpected reasons while using the Applicable Case (*1) and LCD protective glass, and the cause is the Applicable Case (*1) or LCD protective glass itself, the Company shall pay the repair costs (see table for the limit).
- This warranty shall apply only to the damage to the screen glass of the Applicable Device, and shall not cover damages to the body, parts inside the device, or parts not protected by the case or LCD protective glass (charging port, camera unit, etc.). No compensation will be provided for losing any data on the device.
- This coverage shall not include the exchange of the case and LCD protective glass.
- If Applicable Persons are enrolled in a similar compensation plan, to whichever enrolled prior shall take precedence. The limit of the compensation fee shall be the actual expense made by the Applicable Persons.
- The use of this service shall be limited to once during the Term.
- The application to the service shall be accepted only through contacting our customer service by e-mail.
- To apply for compensation, the purchaser must present a statement of the repair cost of the applicable device. (A photo must be presented as an email attachment.)
Article 6 (Shipment)
- If the Applicable Persons are requested by the Company to send the purchased products and required documents to the Company, it shall be by courier that can issue tracking numbers. The shipment fee shall not be borne by the Company.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for the failure of the shipment caused by not having any tracking numbers.
Article 7 (Designated Repairer)
The repair service providers for the devices covered by this compensation service shall be limited to the providers authorized by the brand of the Applicable Device.
Article 8 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)
The Company may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions without any notice to the Applicable Persons. The Terms and Conditions shall be in effect at the time the Company receives a request from the Applicable Persons.
*1...Applicable Case:
caseplay Slim Protection Case, Slim Protection Premium Case, Libero Flip Clear Case
*2...Please save the initial order confirmation e-mail that is automatically sent by our company. Please note that we will not resend the order confirmation e-mail.
If multiple cases are ordered at the same time, the shipment date of the case to which compensation is to be applied will be considered as the starting date.
caseplay care shall not be applied when...
- The damage is to the parts not protected by the case or LCD protective glass (home button, camera, etc.).
- Any parts of the case are lost.
- The details of the accident are not reported correctly.
- The damage is due to the customer’s willful misconduct or negligence.
- The damage is due to fire, earthquake, windstorm, flood, or any other natural disaster.
- The case is used incorrectly (e.g. using a case for iPhone 12 on iPhone 13).
- The addressed name on the invoice is different from the name on the service application e-mail.
- The device, case, or LCD protective glass has been modified in any way.
- Required documents (statement of the repair cost of the device, the delivery receipt for the case and LCD protective glass) are not submitted.
- The case and LCD protective glass are bought from any other platform than caseplay, or gifted.
- No damage was caused to the device at the time of accident
- The LCD protective glass has been used with an obvious external defect.
- The LCD protective glass is not purchased within the same day as the initial case order date or within 24 hours from the time the initial order confirmation email is received
- The LCD protective glass is used with cases other than Applicable Case
