Refund policy

We do not accept any exchange unless proven to have arrived damaged or defective.

If the product is proven to have arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping cost for exchange. For any other reasons (sizing issue, or unsatisfied color or pattern, etc.),exchange is not available.

Please submit an exchange claim within 7 business days of receipt of the shipment. Then we will send you the instruction email.

We strongly encourage you to contact us if you are unsure which type of items to choose before making a purchase.


We cannot accept:

  • Used
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Any kind of refund
